Refund Policy

During the launch promo (now)
Wedgely is currently freefor a limited time. There's nothing to refund — generate as many Briefs as you like.
After the promo (paid Briefs)
Once the launch promo ends and Briefs are paid, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the Brief misses its mark — for example:
- The wedges are vague or generic, not specific to a complaint cluster.
- The recommended channel sequence references channels you marked as off-limits.
- The verification trail links to broken or unrelated URLs.
- The Brief failed to generate due to a system error and we couldn't fix it.
What we don't refund
- Briefs purchased more than 7 days ago.
- Briefs that generated correctly but were "not what you expected" — please read the About page and free preview before purchasing.
- Briefs that you generated, then re-generated for the same candidate. The refund applies to the first purchase only.
How to request
Email hello@wedgely.io with the Brief URL, your Stripe receipt number, and a brief description of what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days; refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Partial refunds
If you generated multiple Briefs and only one was problematic, we'll refund the affected one rather than your entire account history.
